CORMATE YACTHS

Hydro-Design was founded in 1985 by Egil Ranvig. Together with his friend Tom Martens Meyer, he developed the enterprise from the production of affordable water ski boats to increasingly sophisticated racing boats. These boats have won countless offshore races, including European and World Championship races, and have also set world speed records. Taking all of his experience in offshore racing, Egil Ranvig began the quest to build some of the best and fastest daycruisers in the world. And so it all began for Cormate.
